Awful experience. Tony was just a jerk every time we had contact with him, the neighbors were crazy and repair requests took forever or never happened. I do not recommend!
Tony (the owner) is a great guy! He is very helpful and absolutely fair. He was very quick and responsive when we were looking for an appartment and worked hard to get things ready for us. He is easy to work with and not your typical landlord, in a good way!
Unresponsive and unwilling to cooperate. And while I was never a tenant, my boyfriend had communicated with them and they backed out of a lease the day before he was supposed to move in, they never called his references and wouldn’t respond to any calls or emails.
Landlord is very unprepared, unprofessional, and rude. In response to Tom’s comment we were invited back for a third lease. We declined due to the underlying issues and frustrating circumstances with the landlord.
