I had a lovely therapist here. Notice the use of past tense. I am incredibly disappointed and disheartened with how evergreen counseling itself is ran. I was left high and dry at the lowest point of my life. If you end up needing any higher level of mental health care (i.e. inpatient/outpatient programming), be prepared to get totally discharged from your therapist's caseload before you even begin programming with no chance of seeing them again (despite being told you'd be able to resume as a client once you've completed pro... read more
Lindsay was amazing to work with, would 100% recommend her to others.
Because of the public nature of this review I won't be going into much detail. What I will say is I stopped seeing Priscilla Dean after about 7 years of therapy and have never looked back. I have since seen a couple other therapists and I am appalled at how unprofessional she was when I was seeing her. When I was 14 she broke confidentiality and accidentally outed me as bisexual to my conservative Christian mother. There was an unbelievable amount of harm done in the years I saw her. I have been seeing Priscilla as well as a few other therapists at Evergreen since they opened their business a few years ago. I have had a great experience with their practice, and all of them have gone to extensive lengths to make me feel safe, comfortable and heard. They have white noise machines, coffee and tea always available for every session. Their ability to do Telehealth has proven invaluable during the last two years. Very little experience and professionalism working with families. I would highly recommend if you have any issues with a child or adolescent to not seek out this place. There is a strong resistance to including families in treatment. Our daughter was significantly harmed by the experience.
