Loved it at first sight. But then the honeymoon faded. There's plenty of bug spray and weed killer everywhere! Mattresses are a common thing to see, propped up against the electric boxes, or trash bins. Teenagers try to trash certain areas, actually had graffiti on the wall at entrance. Over abundance of stray cats that are sick from the poison on the grounds.Needs to be more secure than it is. Residents do not respect the locked gates, leaving items to prop open the gate.
