Dont lease from this company or property. I am a current resident and due to their incompetence, I have been without electricity for 6 days and counting. Very non chalant attitude about the situation. Their response is use your renters insurance but what about the company's accountability. What about a contingency plan? Will be leaving when my lease is complete this year. Not professional at all
