Do not use them for hvac maintenance or let your strata hire them for any building/amenity repairs. They’ve been scamming our building for god knows how long. Thousands of dollars for incomplete or improper maintenance and repairs, I’m not sure how they haven’t been shut down yet.
Here is an air filter change Evergreen did for our apartment. Not only did they fake the service that caused significant buildup of debris, they did not say anything about it and took the money. Absolutely disgraceful.
Very happy with how Evergreen tested our system to isolate the problems in an efficient and timely manner. An employee was dispatched quickly and the turn around for the quote for repairs was provided within 24 hrs. If quality and service matter to you these are your guys.
I have used Evergreen on countless projects and service calls since their opening day, they have always showed up in clean, marked vans with professional techs. No matter the size of the service call or project we receive the same level of response and quality. Their service reports are detailed and easy to read, I would highly recommend Evergreen to any Commercial or industrial property management team.
Evergreen has been our contracted HVAC team for a number of months now and we're very happy with the speed and quality of their service. They are excellent and I would recommend.
