Went in for an oil change. They did it. Great. Only When checking out did they tell me I was due for my 30k service. Which includes oil change. So I had to schedule and pay for that separately. Essentially paying for 2 oil changes within one month. They also claimed it was ok bc I had put 3000 miles on my car in that month. Total nonsense. I put less than 800 per month on that car and no way put 3000 in one month. Something off here

My wife brought my truck in to get a key replacement since we lost one. They charged us for the physical key, and then couldn’t set the key up because of some module problem. Wanted to charge a lot of money to figure out where the problem was. We decided it wasn’t worth the money. They refused to refund the money we paid for the physical key, even though it’s worthless.
