Tony squeezed me in on a moments notice. His quote was competitive. Communication was quick and clear. My townhouse has about 750 sq ft of carpet and he was able to set everything up, clean the carpets and stairs, and pack everything back out within about an hour. Would gladly do business with him again.

Professional, polite, wonderfully on time with much cleaner carpet. Some old stains developed after shampooing, Tony promptly returned the following day to make things perfect. Thank you.
Tony is very accommodating. Even when there was a misunderstanding about my appointment time he said no problem and showed up within 15 minutes. My job focused mostly on pet urine odor but also associated stain removal. I’m under no delusion about pet urine in carpet that has accumulated over decades. But he was there a long time, using a specialized extraction tool & the usual carpet cleaning equipment. I’m pleased with the result. The pungent smell of urine is gone as are the stains.
