If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service here is awful. I paid for the full service car wash and interior vacuum. The guys working on the interior of the car used a very harsh chemical that peeled the tint off the inside of my widows. When the owner DJ arrived, I explained to him the problem but it was obvious he could care less about the issue his employees created. I gave them a one since you have to select a star or two to submit however worse service ever. The people aren't friendly & for the way they cleaned my car & what I paid, a monkey could of done a better job. I had to ask them to actually CLEAN spots they missed or never intended to clean. I should of just washed my own damn car. Never again
The employees that dry the cars are lazy even if you come in when they first open. You have to point out obvious areas they've missed. More importantly, they steal. I had 4 or 5 singles in my middle console (along w/a few cough drop wrappers I needed to discard). They took the money and left the wrappers. I didn't notice until several hours later on my way to an appointment. I wish I had noticed when I was there. I would have told them off in English & Espanol!
I had been getting my Hummer H3 washed there for almost a year even though the washes weren't great (always gave a tip of $4 or $5) but they were better than going through a gas station wash. Then one Saturday afternoon I stopped over to get the #3 wash as I often did. Upon approach the guy at the vacuum station began to waive me off. When I got the window down he told me that they couldn't wash my vehicle anymore because it was too big.
