If I could give less than one star to this rental company I would. I spoke with the manager, Debbie, on the phone about two separate late fees. I paid a $30 NSF fee for my $60 parking payment bouncing back on April 7th, leaving my balance at zero until a $30 and $20 late fee hit on April 8th, well after they were due (picture attached). Had Aarik come to resolve our maintenance request. Speedy service.
I had Aarik come to my place and fix the sink. My guy came in fixed it in a minute and told us on how we could not have those problems in the future. 10/10 guy. He in fact came, in around 20 mins after I put in the maintenance request which was honestly surprising since I had mentioned that the issue isn't too critical.
