Very Poor Service and Quality D.R. Horton’s overall service has been extremely disappointing. Even when the temperature dropped to 45 degrees, the HVAC system was not working, Along with that, several other service issues have been ignored, showing a clear lack of quality and responsibility.never recommend.Never Ever.
Very Poor Service and Quality D.R. Horton’s service has been extremely disappointing. The garage door is not installed properly, the HVAC system isn’t working, and several other issues make it hard to believe this is a new home. Even under warranty, there has been little to no proper response or follow-up. The overall workmanship and customer service are unacceptable. Would never recommend.
