These people suck. I was seeing Dr. Pistone and even he walked out. The nurse was very rude to me. I will not be going back.
One star is too much, would rather rate them as zero stars. My daughter went here for 3 months before I found out that the 2 people she was seeing were not in her network. We were overcharged over $117.60 for the few times she did go. I have been trying to be refunded since November 2013, it is now February 2014 and they finally admitted to the amount that they owe me for overcharging last week. Personally I think 1 star is too much for this facility, for the following reason. Physically it is run down and appears to be unclean. They insist on drawing labs before you even see a practitioner. The practitioner may bill you for an hour but sees you for a portion of that time. They are disorganized with follow through on billing. The company they use ( Quest Lab) misfiled and when billing issues arise, you have to follow through yourself, 4 phone calls and two trips later the issue is not resolved. Avoid this group. They are the most disorganized enept doctors office I've ever dealt with in both the Wilmington and Whiteville office. They have lost appts, not followed thru on therapies or meds, don't return phone calls and this includes dr. pistone. False promises and 15 minutes is a scam for government money. I would not recommend this group to my enemies and it really should be closed down.
