Fabulous Service The service staff is very helpful. I have had work done on both my vehicles. They provide free estimates for body work and they have a rental care facility on-site which is very convenient
Evergreen Auto Works is turning out satisfied people, not just cars! My wife was having some sudden breaking issues and such with her Kia Sportage SUV that's just... outta.. it's warranty. Evergreen Autoworks took great care of her, outlined what was needed, and didn't pressure her into needing anything outside of her budget at this time. good to know a company cares about people, and really wants and has EARNED return business.
A Retired Vet I usually took my 2001 Ford S/W outside the Bothell/Mill Creek area for maintenance. Due to time and budgetary constrains, I decided to take my car with 190K miles to Evergreen Auto. My first reaction upon stepping into their reception/waiting area was that it was clean, orderly, roomy, well-lighted and a wonderful sitting area.
