Helped Me Out Of Trouble Desperately needed brake job. No shop in area could get me in for at least a week. Bob and Ryan brought me right in understanding my situation. Work was done quickly but right. And I brought my own parts which they installed for a fair price so I saved maybe half of what other shops would have charged. Big Kudos to these guys. I will not go anywhere else in area for repair needs!

Very disappointed Over the last 3 years my rear differential has gone out 3 times because this shop could not get it right. They charged me the second time - instead of making it right - and now refuse to help me in any way. Differentials are not something that should be continuously repaired! Same issue each time, and no accountability from them. I am a single woman that has been seriously taken advantage of by this shop. Never go here!

Great customer service This place has great customer service. They really took care of me and my car and got the work done in a timely manner. The owner was very nice and accomodating. I took my car in as they were closing on a cold dark night. He took his time to take a look at it instead of saying, No, we're closing! Thank you. My dad has also been using this place for years and has been very satisfied.

my special car I took my car in for basic service and was impressed with how the whole job was handled. I got a call with an estimate even though I did not ask for one with an expected time of completion. Prices were very reasonable and service very courteous. Thank you thank you!!

Change out 6 spark plugs.... $364.00 I had used Evergreen Automotive repair in the past with good luck.. I only questioned once as to if new parts were used... But on this occasion, my girlfriend took her car in.. The office clerk Nancy was not friendly to either of us... but here is the kicker... To change out 6 spark plugs it cost 29 dollars per plug! (I checked at Advance Auto, same plug less than $10, another shop said they would charge $16 with markup.) Total parts cost for 6 plugs $172.00! And the labor, they charged $... read more

wonderful service... Taking my car to Evergreen auto Repair has given me a sense of assurance that I will get the best deal around, with reasonable rates and thorough service, I have been able to minimize the run around that I would get at the other repair shops. Thanks for the great service!!!
