My daughter was treated so rudely and she was without a car for two weeks with two young children. She was told that they did not have crystal ball and therefore could not predict when her truck would be ready. My husband went in and had the truck with keys and job completed before closing. Will never recommend. I have been treated rudely in automotive environments before and this has to stop! Treat customers with dignity even if you are having a bad day!
