With the change in ownership of Evergreen Senior Apartments at Lewisville a few years ago, things have changed. Gone are the staff provided potlucks, the Meet and Greet of new residents, treats on our doors to celebrate special days like National Popcorn Day, M&M Day, Ice Cream Day, Neighbor Day, etc., no weekend or night security guard, etc. Since this is an independent living complex, no medical assistance is provided.
