They scam you with extra charges for years and nobody keeps on top of your info. They go through more workers than a classroom and no one knows what they’re doing. Currently have two rotten, unprofessional, witches playing in the office but doing nothing to help tenants.! This place treats their tenants like we are less of. And could care less if you have a place to stay. They make you feel so degraded and dismissed living here. This is the worst complex in East Providence!
They never answer the phone I’ve been calling everyday since 2 weeks ago and also left a voice mail and not once have I gotten a call back it’s like if their phone isn’t in the office, they say their open 10-4 but are never there
Manager never answers phone, when you go to the office she is never there and when she is she talks to you through the speaker but allows others in side her office. Corporate office said the Waitlist would be put back out so everyone can see it and it still hasn’t been done. I hate calling since you never answer the phone I guess I will call corporate again.
Set me up and lie when working as LPN to get me fired like all their medical facilities in RI
