Joel has helped me in place and done real good work I highly respect him and work and completed it nicely
Joel in maintenance is fantastic. He shows up fast, doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering him, and fixes things properly instead of doing the bare minimum. Came by once when my place was a disaster and didn’t even flinch — just got it done. You never have to argue that something’s broken, he just handles it.
Service has been very good. Joel is very professional and in a happy mood.
