I have a quite, newly renovated Lovely reasonably priced apartment! I appreciate the background cheeks for the likely hood of safety. They have a Prompt and efficient maintenance staff as well as Dedicated & polite management…on cite pool & laundry close to grocery store, food hub & pharmacy.
Throw a match of your apartments! These apartments are in a flood plain and simply to suitable to live in.
The pricing of the units are fantastic, abd the units you get for the price are really nice. Sarah is always helpful and very friendly! Great choice for first time moving out!
This apartment complex is infested with bed bugs .. I had to move out with just the clothes on my back .. please refrain from moving into 1034 address especially if you have kids .. they need to condemn that section .
Nice and spacious for the price. Staff was very friendly . Great location. The management was very professional.
This is actually a really nice and fairly quiet complex. They have done a ton of renovations over the last year and it shows. There are a bunch of units with views of the creek and awesome trees. For the price and the location you can't beat it in Manhattan. They have older style units and a bunch that have been updated so you have options. The maintenance is also very responsive to requests!
