Overall it was a pretty alright experience. Good price and close to campus! If it weren’t for my roommates and I graduating we’d probably renew our lease. Not perfect but not bad either. Cons: - Our dishwasher was broken though and they eventually replaced it but it took months so that wasn’t great. - The AC was very intense in the main room and then warm in the rest of the apartment but we just kept our fans in during the summer months. - The oven ran hot though so make sure to check your food before the time otherwise it w... read more
Terrible management, I wouldn't recommend living with this management ever! They are rude and extremely insensitive. The heater and air conditionings do not work in the apartments. There are stink bugs all over the balcony and they get in the building through cracks.
