DO NOT LIVE HERE. Although this place will help you with your rent situation it is a very bad place to live. Roaches! Their maintenance manager is no help and super rude, even to his employees. The drains are disgusting and never work. They’ve drilled holes in my wall to “fix” this issue. The drains above the parking spots have dripped and damaged my car. Dont rent here they are not helpfull at all and you get random high water and sewer bills there are bad kids running around like crazy all the time and drug addicts in the alley avoid at all cost P.s. they have roaches and termites
Bad roach problem, poor repair service, constantly switching owners, loud kids running around on scooters and bikes throughout the walkways
Management is terrible and is always changing. Lived here for a year and it was always difficult to get ahold of anyone for anything.
