This apartment complex is in a somewhat run down neighborhood of La Crosse, but there are conveniences within walking distance. (Bus stop, 24 hour grocery store, Kwik Trip, several restaurants, and a bar.) And the buildings don't look like much from the outside, but the apartments themselves are very attractive. They had been remodeling the apartments as people moved out, and I lived in a renovated unit.
