The central air in my unit hasn’t worked since a few weeks after we moved in. They provided 2 window units for a 3 bedroom apartment and said I would be the first one they repair at the start of the following season. The 2nd summer the maintenance staff blew the unit at the time of install. They said they had to order a new unit for my apartment and two other and it was going to cost $6000 so they had to wait for approval from corporate. This place does not deserve a A plus. The swimming pool and gym is close even after the covid restrictions are lifted and that makes their website advertisement false . Trash all over the grounds, poor maintenance. Just look at the bad reviews on Google. A lot of residences are complaining that their air conditions are not working. Mold in apartments.
Going to echo the other poor review here. Maintenance is never available at the actual times you need them and the office is only open for standard business hours, so if you have a pressing issue…it’s waiting until tomorrow to get resolved! There’s also no landscaping or proper care of the property…lots of trash just scattered everywhere (Which could be resolved by having more dumpsters located in the neighborhood than just the 2 that I know of…). These people are scam artists and slum lords. You will be nickle and dimed into poverty if you rent one of their garbage apartments. Be prepared to go to court to get the very basics of what is owed to you b
