They took great care of my 14 year old dog. He had pretty bad dental disease and had several tooth extractions. They did an excellent job and he’s healing very well. I haven’t seen him so happy and energetic in years!

Called for records to be sent to me. I have never heard so much attitude from a veterinarian office. Immediately the lady on the phone sighed loudly, was rude the entire phone call. She was sarcastic. It was very unprofessional.

Evergreen Animal Hospital was not my primary vet, but as the closest vet to me, I brought my dog in for an urgent care incident where she was treated extremely well. After bringing my dog in for a follow-up at her primary vet, it became even more apparent to me just how much EAH cared. EAH went above and beyond in taking the time to answer my questions, alleviating my concerns, and following up with me to check how my dog was doing. STAY AWAY! My family and I were clients of this vet service for 30 years, bringing over 15 different pets.There for care. Like a previous reviewer posted.It hasn't been the same since Doc Terry passed. My tipping point came about three years a go when my dog had an accident. I scooped her into the car and started heading there.Calling them to tell them I was coming in. They told me they were too busy and I would have to go somewhere else. We used this clinic for our last dog. She passed 2 years ago. . We have a new puppy now ,and I have left 2 messages with no return call. There is no reason for them not to have a live person answer the phone. What if you had a real emergency. Well, it's time to find a new vet.
