My husband and I own a landscaping company. We stopped to price out a few items for one of our customers and was told specifically that a Japanese Maple cost '1 million dollars' because 'we weren't on the list' and that all of their items are already sold. Very poor customer service - especially considering my husband's father was a long time customer.
The glorified farm hand (Gary, I think) told me what not to do and how my ideas were dumb. He was correct and his suggestions were spot on. Too bad he only sells to his friends anymore...
One of my favorite places, this nursery has a great selection of healthy plants, knowledgeable staff and just good people. I always look forward to my visit and appreciate all they do for us.
