I am absolutely amazed by the incredible features of this apartment complex. From the friendly & welcoming staff to the numerous amenities and beautiful architecture, including the pools and interior, this place is perfect! Feels like home. 🏡 ✨
This is the best apartment I have ever lived at. The staff is great and very responsive. After my application process went through I pretty much showed up with a U-Haul completely unprepared after driving cross country and had a lease and keys within 25 minutes. Whenever I’ve had a service issue with the apartment i always get a response same day and the problem is always fixed within 24 hours The staff always makes sure there’s at least one weekly event whether it be food trucks, 30% off on local takeout, wine socials, etc.... read more
My teenage son lived at Evergreen in a 2B2B for Spring 2025 semester while attending UWF. This is one of the only apartment complexes in Pensacola we could find that doesn't have carpet. If you have allergies, this is the place. It is well-kept and clean. The maintenance people respond immediately. I love that the washers and dryers are already in the apartments so we didn't have to buy/move those. Vallet trash is also standard. I absolutely love this apartment complex. I stayed in a 2B2B about two years ago. Unfortunately I had to leave due to getting extra roomate with no available 3B3B. The staff were very kind and communicative. I loved the amenities provided. It was very modern and they always had events going on at the clubhouse. The community was very nice.
