We closed on our Shea home in Evergreen in February and have loved the entire experience. The entire process has been streamlined and the Shea team has been so helpful. A special shout out to Brandon Zamarripa, our warranty rep who has went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience! He is the secret sauce for the neighborhood. All of this on top of great amenities and resident events, all contributing to making Evergreen a wonderful place to call home.
