Stay far away from this place. Five months out of the year every unit in this complex gets completely and utterly infested with gnats. Doesn’t matter what you do. Your place can be spotless, you can set traps in every corner of the house; the traps will fill with thousands of them but still they’ll keep coming out of the drains and the ventilation. I nearly lost my sanity with the number of tiny pests swarming around me all summer and constantly trying to fly into my nose, eyes, and mouth. So glad to be out of here.
This place was dumpy. Every summer it gets infested by gnats and stray cats are always wondering around and trailer park people always pass by or park here. Forget about laundry, you're gonna have to drive to do your laundry and forget about privacy, you can hear everything from TV's to neighbors getting busy in bed late at night.... Not to mention people leave trash bags and furniture hanging out by their door and some people walk around with music playing loudly by the windows.
