All full gate won’t let you in backed up all the time. Shocked my hand. Management is all full and rent up to 800 fior a single wide. Fire that bitch in office and get that gate off people are moving out
They got a new gate can not get in over 70 percent of the tome to go hone. The gate shocked my friend she went to hospital burnt her fingers. The management is all full they just do not care they give seniors 60 seconds to respond when a visitor puts in a code. Close this place down. Drunks every place and rent is over 800 a month for a single side. Get rid of the gate
The place is a dump. I bought and lived there for 10 months. My neighbors were always loud and fighting with their spouse or friends and drunk all the time. Literally trailer trash. The rent went up $200.00 in 1 year. I sold the place $21,000.00 less than what I paid for. Took my looses and got out of that dump. You pay alot in rent on lot and get nothing in return. They only cut the lawn and badly. The people in the office are rude and liers. I'm glad I am out of there.
