I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Martinez is truly outstanding—kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, and made me feel cared for every step of the way. Picked this place because they take my insurance AND because it is independent and locally owned. Unfortunately, out of the 50 minutes I spent there, at least 30 were for a sales pitch for new eyeglasses (how a $1000 pair would cost me "only $400"). Dr Martinez did not even look at my eyes with the various optical devices in the exam room, he relied only on the Retinal Imaging.
