I rented from David Everett of Everett Ewald. I lived in the first townhouse by the driveway. I had no problems with Mr. Everett. When I first moved in I requested more electricity in the basement and if they could hang my personal dining room lamp, and ceiling fan in the upstairs bedrooms. He accommodated me with no problem. I paid my rent on time, respected my neighbors and his property and When I was moving out of town, I was able to break my lease without any complications. Rented from them in 2015 was the cleanest and safest apartment ever lived i wish i could have stayed but i only had a 1 bedroom and had a child but i loved everything about my apartment .
Landlord is VERY MONEY HUNGRY... VERY combative. I rented from him from 2004-14 rent 700$ In July of 2014 he asked me to move. Because my down stairs neighbors were seen with articles of my daughter's clothing on. When asked of course they were looking stupid.So of course this matter escalated because landlord Never confronted the tenants...Instead he asked me to move..
