I purchased a new car from Everett in 2023. From the gentleman that sold it to me to Russell and Morgan in the service department, they are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and we’ll go above and beyond to help a customer. Dealing with cars is stressful, and having a friendly helpful voice on the other end, like Morgan puts a great face on the company.
Well I was going to call for an estimate until I saw that tiktok of the employees destroying an expensive rim. If you ever question what happened to your rims, I think that's your answer. My car is too rare to bring to this shop. My condolences to the owner for the loss of business due to the actions of horrible employees.
Mechanics post videos on TikTok of them purposefully destroying peoples rims, would avoid this place at all costs.
I’ve been to the service center at this Everett location at least a dozen times. Russell the service manager is professional and always takes good care of us. Hands down best Volkswagen service center in NWA.
Good place, have had good experiences so far with my Audi A6 for regular Maintanance!
