I mean this from the bottom of my heart, there is no one better that I've dealt with in a Service department than Russell. He's always so kind when it comes to updates, and I feel confident that he's making sure my vehicle is taken care of!
Buying two cars was a breeze. Service department is complete disaster. Dropped my car off two weeks ago with a check engine light on. Was told nothing was wrong. Two days later all my lights went off, made an appointment for a Friday at 9am. By Monday at 5pm no one had looked at my car & no loaner or solution other than giving me my broken car. 13000 miles. What a joke.
I made an online appointment to drop off my VW for a mechanical issue. When I called the next day (took numerous calls before i was ever connected to anyone) to check on status, I was told the online booking is not in sync with the actual scheduling and that it would be a couple of days before they would be able to look at it.
