I called to make an appointment to get an oil change. Cesar in the service department helped me understand the process and wait time. I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back here again for my future services. Cesar really helped me understand my maintenance for my vehicle. The service exceeded my expectations!
I just moved to the area and had some questions regarding my vehicle. I spoke with a gentleman named Cesar in the service department. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Always a great experience here! Josh was awesome and very patient when I bought my new Atlas! This past week when VW had troubles with their infotainment system nationwide, Everett VW was super helpful! I called a few days ago to see if there was a fix yet and asked for the service dept. the sweet receptionist (Matti A.) asked me if it was about my infotainment system and I said yes! We called Don Carlton in Tulsa for 3 weeks and I'm never received a call. It took my wife leaving a bad review and their or team responded thru Google ....of course they did. I called Crain VW in Fayetteville. They said no problem, no appt needed come on down whenever you want. We called today to let them know we were in our way. They said you have to have a service appt ...ok, odd considering that's a direct contradiction of what we were told. The staff were very easy going and relaxed. Very easy to ask questions and they were very knowledgeable. The only aggressive thing about them was the low pricing. Sydney was great to work with, very low pressure.
