Mechanics here purposefully destroy peoples rims and do bad maintenance then post videos of it online. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
Brooke was excellent at taking care of me, answering my questions, explaining reasoning for decisions, and being overall wonderful in her customer service execution. My maintenance needs were met, plans discussed for a future problem visit, and the shop completed the work in under an hour. They have a comfortable waiting room with enough seating as well as snacks & drinks. Very impressed with my first visit.
Amazing experience from the minute I called to the minute we picked up the 2025 Atlas R Line. I always know what I want and Chip was on top of it. As a returning customer, Chip, our salesman was awesome and knew what we wanted and knew his products as well as his competitors. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a quality experience. This is why we continue to return to the Everett Family.
It’s unfortunate that I have to remove my 5 star review with my awesome salesperson to leave a 2 star review for the service department. I have a 2024 VW Atlas Cross-Sport and have the care package to have the first three oil and tire rotations free. My first two visits were great and I received all paperwork showing all things were in the green.
