he barely gave me any information at all, but I experienced a lot of judgement. He was not open to all sides of the situation. He also did not keep confidentiality, as I heard back information from other people involved. He didn't help me as much as I was hoping and did not seem to regard my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse.
