There.were 9 of us. 2 great-grandkids granddaughter and husband and both daughters with their husbands. We really enjoyed it. Santa was so nice and patient and the singers had us entering in. Everyone was so nice.
When I got there to get my tickets the staff was very polite and had my tickets right there at hand reach along with a piece of chocolate for everyone that was in my group. It was a memorable train ride with my family. We had fun with all the pictures that we got to take. And the hot chocolate and cookies after the ride. Thank you to your wonderful staff and Merry Christmas to you all.
We experienced the Santa express today and were blown away by the whole event. The train was so clean and decorated for the holiday. Santa was friendly and so wonderful with the children. My son is autistic and is OBSESSED with trains. You truly made his dream come true today! Thank you!!
The Santa Express was a wonderful trip. This was our 2nd time, and we enjoyed that the hot chocolate and cookies were outside in tents and saved the crowd in the gift shop this year. The staff was pleasant, as always, and the carolers were wonderful. The kids instruments were another wonderful touch. As always, Santa also brought so much joy! I thought it was so sweet he took the time to even tell each child, "I love you!"
This was my first time at this event. I was impressed with how all the employees were so friendly and how Santa took time to talk to each child and didn't rush through. The musicians and singers were wonderful. So much fun.
The Santa Express was cute and my 5 and 8 year old had a good time.
