It has been years since I've been here. Food was just as good as I remember. Took my fiancé here for her first time and she said it is a must stop whenever we are in Oakland now. She especially loved the brisket and candied yams. Now for the service we had a waitress named Gail. She was outstanding and very quick to help us if we needed refills and had such great customer service skills. I can honestly say she was the best waitress we have had in a LONG TIME!
Look, E & J have the best ribs, period. Too bomb.
