The actual building management and living conditions are awful. They increased rent and management is even worst. I had two leaks this year. Clogged drain in sink's bathroom frequently, Laundry room smells gross, they don't give right maintenance to washers and dryers, I found a mouse in storage room more than a week ago and is still there, carpet, floor and trash is dirty. Updated review: while the sales process was a breeze, the actual building management and living conditions were awful. They were not transparent about the smoking policy. We were forced out because of the awful cigarette and weed smell that permeated throughout our apartment. We documented and filed many noise complaints to no avail. The smoke and 1AM bass sounds forced us out.
