Everyone was very kind and informative. I left the office feeling well treated and well informed regarding my eye health.
Always friendly staff. A little longer wait than usual, but they were really busy. Dr was great.
I really like Dr. Rosenthal. Known him for years with bringing my mom to him. Now it’s my turn. He is so thorough and kind. The only thing sitting in waiting area everyone complains how long the wait is. I waited 2-1/2 hours. I had no where to go so it was ok but other people did and some were diabetic and needed snacks..
Dr Edward Chang dismissed me as his patient after 12 years yesterday. I am a Snowbird and my appt with Dr Chang on Nov 26 had to be rescheduled due to hip replacement surgery that could not wait. While in Florida, I went to have my eye pressure checked in February and was told that there was more damage to my left optic nerve area compared from the notes and test results that I had sent to Florida from Dr Changs office.
