Was asked to wait on phone call to arrange for memorial flowers to be delivered. Was on Sunday so circumstances are different, to have a delivery. Waited by phone all morning to now be told (Monday) no cell service. Therefore they didn’t call. This is 3 miles from Bedford, Told flowers were actually left at a locked door. I am questioning this business practice, and not following through with arrangements “they made” in the beginning. It does leave unanswered questions,
The arrangement you made for my sister-in-law’s baby shower was stunning! You always give such attention to detail in your floral designs, and this piece was no exception! (The pic is after two days outside and the arrangement is still holding up and beautiful = a florist who knows what they are doing.) Thank you so much!
What I ordered vs what my friend received. Can even begin to express my disappointment. The “arrangement” was not even arranged. I ordered through Avas and will never use either again.
