I own a Cadillac SUV that my mother drives. She brought it in for a routine tune-up plus an additional repair, only to be overcharged and completely ignored when it came to follow-up communication. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. We have experienced nothing but trouble with Everett’s servicing departments in both Morganton and Hickory.
