Had an oil leak on my brand new truck and when I took it in for an oil change asked them to check it. It took 2 days for them to finally get to it and find out where it was leaking from, then I scheduled to bring it back and have it fixed. My family and I are supposed to leave for vacation tomorrow and my truck is still not ready after I was promised it would be, it has been in the shop for over a week for a simple repair that should have taken one day.
