Showed up for my 11am appointment and was told the oil change would take one hour. At 1210 I was told it would be another 3 hours. Very poor customer service and communication. This dealership does not value my time or business.

Beware this place is very shady on car repairs tries to scam you into doing stuff to your car when you go in for a oil change or anything else and overcharges for everything especially if you are a woman my wife went to get an oil change and the guy didn't even look at our car and tried to tell my wife that she needed an alignment and that our tires are warped and said it would cost over 170$ to do it also we've been before and the sale agent tried to tell my wife she needed brakes trying to trick her into spending money eve... read more

Everett is a good dealership, myself. Family and friends have purchased many vehicles in the last few years. From Everett and plan to do all of our business with them. They are great people to do business with and are great to see in public. They are genuinely good people.
