Beware! The people who work here are scammers. They received my mailed rent check and stamped it received on 4/20/21 but did not cash it. Assuming it had been lost in the mail, I had to scramble to cover the May rent again since I was out of town. Then they deposited the check on 6/10/21 after I had paid both May and June. The check they cashed had in the memo section "MAY RENT" on it and they told me they called and asked permission to cash it, which they absolutely never did.
