We had 5 treatments! They just kept telling us to be patient, it takes time. We saw ZERO decrease in roaches and gained ants as well. Everytime they were here the guys commented on how clean the house was and they couldn't see any reason we had them in the first place. We asked them for a free treatment, they declined.
I liked their sales pitch, but as far as I can tell they sprayed water, if anything, instead of chemicals to kill roaches. A total of two dead roaches. More have died randomly at different times. When told their treatment did nothing at all there was no options discussed, no attempt to make it right, no offer to try a different chemical, etc. Pretty much a shrug. I wasted my time, money, and effort (emptying the kitchen entirely). And all I have for it is more roaches. I cannot recommend them less.
