my mother's house had bedbugs and we bagged up almost everything in her house as they told us to. they took longer than they said to heat and exterminate her house. We left the house at 9 a.m. and they said 6-7 hours we could come back. We never heard from them by 4;30 so we stopped by only to find out their heat machine wasn't working and had to wait another 4 hours.
