I needed a custom storm door installed, replacing one that was 30 yrs old. Everest Windows and Doors were the only ones that weren't intimidated by the job. Eduard, the sales rep, was very helpful and knew what needed to be done. The price quote was very competitive. The production turnaround was pretty quick. What a waste of my time… called at showroom to finalize the deal and did not finalized. Note the showroom is with different name.
From the beginning of the consultation with Edward. I was impressed with the attention to detail and description of what the best option would be for my installation of windows and doors. Edward outlined everything step by step and when the install date came everything was precise and as discussed. I couldn’t recommend a more dedicated business to what they provide to their customers.
Zoya and her crew showed to be very professional. She promised that she would address any issues and said the windows and door I had installed would be under warranty. I have tried numerous times to get the matter resolved pertaining to the windows and she ignores the matter. I PAID CASH to have them installed.
