I left a phone message and Calin returned my call within 15 minutes and was at my house to collect a sample within 4 hours (asbestos concern). This was on a Friday and I had the results (no asbestos) Monday around noon. Excellent, quick and pleasant service. The cost to test was reasonable ($150). I recommend Everest Pro based on my experience.
