Not happy with their front desk lady at all. Very low voice in asking questions, directly hung me up after a couple of reminders to raise her voice. Apparently not interested in working there. Will definitely consider switching docs. No respect to patients at all. Bad experience. My first negative review ever.
Be prepared to pay for two office visits for one annual physical. If you expect your doctor to give you a call to go over your lab results after your annual physical — something that seems pretty routine — you’ll be charged for another office visit. If you don’t want to pay, the doctor won’t even call or provide a summary note. This really doesn’t feel patient-centered and seems like a way to squeeze more money out of basic care. Disappointing.
Strongly recommend Everest Medical Care. Both me and my wife comes here for annual physicals. My family doctor Dr Liu really cares about my health and made very good suggestions not only on my high blood pressure issue but also on my mental health and healthy habits. Strongly recommending!
