Friendly and patient staff, Dr Liu is very knowledgeable and patient with me explaining my condition and giving me genuinely recommendation.
Dr.Liu is the best — kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She explains things clearly and always takes my concerns seriously. Her examinations are careful and thorough, which gives me real confidence and peace of mind. It’s rare to find a physician who combines medical expertise with such genuine compassion. I feel very grateful to have her as my PCP.
Dr Liu is the best family doctor I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, patient and caring. She always treats us like her family members. Highly recommend!
I would strongly advise others to reconsider booking an appointment at 2010 West Chester Pike, Suite 448. I chose this office only because it had the earliest availability, and unfortunately, my experience explains why. My appointment with Dr. Liu was extremely disappointing. She frequently interrupted me mid-sentence, did not appear interested in listening to my concerns, and came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel heard or respected as a patient.
