I hired Everest to remove and replace the insulation in my attic. They were very prompt and professional in providing a quote and were flexible in scheduling their work to suit my project, as they made separate visits to remove the insulation and came back later to install the new insulation to allow for work to be done in the attic in between. What a difference! In these old houses, they have no vapour barrier, raccoon barf insulation and drafts that make you feel like the place is haunted. Bernardo came in, identified a few problems we had that we missed with other contractors. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with our schedule. I have left 2 online quote requests approximately 6 months apart and have not received a call or email or even a ‘not interested’. I know they exist because I looked for them online after seeing their service truck. Very bad customer service. I would like to give them a good review but they won’t respond so I don’t know how good the work is.
