HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVEREST!!! Trevor was a WONDERFUL home inspector - he was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and he took his time explaining everything to us. Was looking to close a new construction and needed a quick inspection of the home before blue tape walkthrough. Reached out to Andy who quickly got on the case and was able to assign Trevor to help. Trevor did a great job inspecting the roof, mechanicals, plumbing, appliances, electrical outlets. He went above and beyond and also did blue tape in places where he saw cosmetic defects. He was able to get the inspection report back to us the same day which helped me share with the builder before my walkthrough. Would recommend ... read more
