I used Dan to treat mold on my basement walls. He was responsive and took care of it. After two weeks mold was showing through his "sealer" that looked like a thin coat of basement water proofer. I called him about it and no response. I then e mailed a few days later- no response. I guess I just got ripped off for $1300. Thanks Dan! You're a true pro.
